1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using LittlePig, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. The service
LittlePig is a personal finance tracker that lets you record categories, sub-items, and projected balances. It is intended for personal household budgeting only. It is not a tax filing or tax reporting tool, not accounting software, and not financial, legal, or investment advice. Do not rely on its output for any regulatory, tax, or commercial purpose.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for any activity on your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Your data
You own the data you enter. We store it to provide the service to you and don't share it with third parties except as required to operate the service or by law. See the Privacy Policy for details.
5. Acceptable use
Don't try to break, abuse, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the service or other users' accounts. Don't use LittlePig to store data that isn't yours.
6. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Forecasted balances, projections, and any computed numbers are estimates only and may be wrong. We make no representations about accuracy, completeness, fitness for any purpose, or non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LittlePig and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages — including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, financial loss, tax or regulatory penalties, or any decisions you make based on the output of the service. You use LittlePig at your own risk.
9. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we'll notify you in the app or by email.
